• our postal charge always includes insurance
• we use a national courier and a signature will be required
• before despatch you are advised of a delivery date (which can be changed at your discretion) 
• collection is possible with prior arrangement, we are 10mins from junction 9, M1 (of course this avoids any delivery charge).

Delivery Charge:

Within our product pages, each product is price quoted with a separate delivery charge. 

If more than one product is purchased there is a cumulative delivery charge discount. For example, if we sent 2 Panton Chairs we would use a parcel service such as DHL and the charge would be £21, but if we despatch an elliptic Tulip Table and 6 Panton Chairs, we would send the goods on a pallet and the charge would only be £55.

We are not drop shippers i.e. we do not take an order from you, get a Far East factory to manufacture and then import the item in to the UK. We hold 95% of products in stock in the UK and we never deal with a 3rd party supplier (which causes delays or warranty problems). Consequently, after payment, we usually deliver within 7 days, as opposed to many internet sellers who quote 12 weeks.
