Q. Can I get the Globe Chair through a standard door frame?
A. Yes, it will fit through with the metal stand detached.

Q. Are all you products in stock?
A. 95% of products are usually in stock, please enquire.

Q. Can I order a different colour product than offered on the site?
A. Yes - but delivery will take up to 4 months!

Q. Can fibreglass be left outside?
A. Yes, but fibreglass is not frost resistant, so we strongly recommend that fibreglass products are used/stored inside during the winter.

Q. How do I order?
A. Simply email an enquiry form and we will provide you with a quote. If you wish to order we will then confirm everything via email.

Q. How do I pay?
A. We accept cheques or cash. We can also email you a Paypal request. If you are not a member of Paypal, you can still pay through the Paypal system with a credit or debit card.

Q. Is there a delivery discount for multiple orders?
A. Yes, usually - please have a look at our 'delivery charges' page.

Q. When are the 'coming soon' products arriving?
A. Most items should be here in 2008, please email us.

Q. Can I view your complete range in your showroom and where is it?
A. Yes - all products that are priced on our website are on show. We are only 10mins from J9 on the M1. N.B. an appointment must be made to visit our showroom.
